| Purpose | 软骨苷酶ABC催化含有(1-4)-β-D-己糖氨基和(1-3)-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸基(或(1-3)-α-L-iduronosyl)的多糖与含有4-脱氧-β-D-葡萄糖-4-enuronosyl基团的双糖的清除降解。它作用于硫酸软骨素4、硫酸软骨素6、硫酸皮肤素。但是，它对透明质酸盐作用缓慢。其分子量约为120 kDa，含分子量分别为86 kDa和32 kDa的两个不同亚单位。硫酸软骨素pH值为8.0，透明质酸pH值为6.8。最佳温度为37°C。1mM Zn2+ 可作为其抑制剂，0.05 M乙酸为该酶的激活剂。 |
